What do I need before getting started with MPI?


Just your phone and a willingness to grow. If you already have a website, great—we’ll plug into it. If not, we’ll build a very capable, one page that works while you sleep.


Do I need to be tech-savvy to use MPI?

Absolutely not. Just your phone and a willingness to grow. As long as you can download our custom app to your phone we can work with you to learn to benefit from getting all your contacts, conversations and channels in one place.

How fast can I go live?

Most Bronze systems go live in 1–2 weeks. Silver systems may take 2–3 weeks depending on complexity. Usually defining customer requirements and setting clear expectations is the time limiting issue. Everyone trains up as a user of our system at a different speed. We'll get you through it!

What does it cost?

Setup starts at $997 and goes up based on complexity. Monthly plans start at $197. All plans include real, personal support—not just software access.

What’s expected of me?

We’ll build the system—but, you have to learn to use it -and, then use it consistently. Your business doesn’t grow without fuel. You must provide effort of use and absorb incremental telecom & AI expenses like gasoline; we provide the platform like an engine. There is no something for nothing.

What kind of business does MPI work for?

Contractors, real estate agents, insurance brokers, coaches, and local service pros. If you generate B2B or B2C leads and book appointments, this system was made for you.

Is MPI for me?

MPI is built for local business professionals who are serious about scaling to (and through) six figures and beyond. If you’re committed to running the system, we’re committed to you.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All plans are available for month-to-month billing with a set-up fee. You stay because it works—not because you're locked in. Most of our work is done in set-up and on-boarding. So, we are able to offer discounts for 3, 6, 12 & 24 month commitments because you have faith in us up-front.

Will MPI help me get more leads?

Yes—and just as important, our system stops leads from slipping through the cracks. The system captures, nurtures, and books appointments for you. You just have to keep watch and act on the positive results the system provides to you.

What does MPI automate?

Lead capture, follow-up messaging, appointment booking, pipeline tracking, and more. You set the rules—we build the machine.

What kind of support do I get?

Live onboarding, heavy support the first 30-60 days, and weekly office hours. You’ll also have a mobile command center and a real person you can reach to get help.

What happens if I get stuck?

We step in. You’ll never be left clicking through a help center trying to figure it out alone. Our goal is your progress, not extra frustration.

Will the system grow with my business?

Yes. As you grow, the system scales. Add more automations, upgrade tiers, or build out team tools—without starting over. We will serve you more as your success and needs grow for a differential upgrade set-up fee. We are extra reasonable with our upgrading customers.

How do simple automations of the chat bot happen?

During our marketing audit, review of your website, and strategy call we uncover and define routine questions that are often asked of your prospects. Using appropriate "keywords" we can build triggered automations that fire when those keywords are entered by a client using your chat bot. We do this during the the initial setup of your system.

How do I get a fully-automated AI responding to my prospects.

We can install Full-AI at the beginning of your time with our system. However, this requires a well-written, accurate, and comprehensive website for the AI chat bot to learn from. We can also feed the chatbot a whole list of questions and responses. We can test the robot off-line and drill and re-train it until you are happy. This is not hard to do. It just takes time and effort. For most applications this is easy to do and is very effective, saving the business alot of time and generating results. You'll be amazed by the quality of the AI responses.

What do you mean by one unified contact or unified messaging?

New lead information can come into our app on your phone. The new lead may be communicating via multiple channels. The system does a great job at consolidating the lead information into one contact and one conversation. Your opportunity is to rapidly engage new leads your sales process and expand your connectivity and relationship with the new lead. Of course, savvy automations an be added to the system to help engage your new lead quickly. This not only saves you time, it accelerates your sales process.

Do I need to use a new phone number?

Yes and No. No, in that your existing phone number can be forwarded to your new MPI SmartLine number. The latter is necessary to make our SMS (text) services work. SMS is the "magic bullet" of marketing these days. The good news is no-one really tracks or memorizes phone numbers anymore. Your client will be super impressed that you reacted quickly by text and will naturally work with your SmartLine subsequently. There are many options here and we address this fully as we customize your system. We'll find a way to get this to work the way you need it to.

Can I use my existing site?

Yes. We prefer to integrate to existing websites. It is a simple process to get the chat widget engaged on your new existing website with the updated change to your new phone number. If you choose to upgrade to a fully-responsive trained AI chatbot, the quality and accuracy of your existing site is important for training the AI. We will need to work with your existing web host to make changes or get our own access to make minor changes.
